Rogers Complex
With Foreman Field a short distance away, abundant parking, and a boardwalk with an enviable view of the wetlands area and nearby Lafayette River, Rogers Hall Complex is first choice for dozens of Old Dominion students. The complex, built in 1965, consists of Rogers Main and Rogers East, both located near the corner of Hampton Boulevard and 49th Street. They are directly across the street from Foreman Field and the main body of the University. The Rogers complex closes during breaks and holidays.
Rogers Main is an H-shaped building with three floors housing 296 freshmen residents in single-sex suite accommodations on coed floors. Rogers East is a three-story building located beside Rogers Main on 49th Street and houses 141 freshman residents. Located within the Rogers Complex are study lounges, laundry rooms and a dining center. Each room accommodates two residents and is fully furnished with bunkable beds, desks, chairs, book shelves, dressers, trash cans and sink vanity.
Residents living in Rogers Main or Rogers East are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit the Card Center's website for an explanation of all meal plans.
