Nusbaum Apartment Complex

The Nusbaum Apartment complex consists of three buildings containing 20 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments. They are located on the east side of campus near the Gresham Complex.

Nusbaum offers an Academic Year Option-open during breaks and holidays to graduate students and some non-traditional students who are 21 or older, if space allows. All contracts will be for single occupancy, which means one student in a one bedroom apartment and two students per two-bedroom apartment.

Each apartment is designed with a living and dining area, a full kitchen and one bath. The apartments include local telephone service and are fully furnished with single beds, desks, chest of drawers, a dining table and chairs, a couch, wing chair, coffee and end tables, trash cans, blinds and a lamp. This complex uses the front desk, study lounge and community room at Gresham Main. A laundry facility is located in one apartment building within the complex.

These rooms do not include Internet access or cable television. Residents are responsible for contacting outside vendors and paying any costs associated with these services.

Residents living in Nusbaum Apartments are not required to be on a meal plan. If you would like to purchase a meal plan, visit the Card Center's website for an explanation of all meal plans.
