The Inn
The Inn was build in 1989. It is a three-story structure housing upper-class students (sophomore and up) in double rooms, on co-ed floors. It is located on Hampton Boulevard, close to the Batten Arts and Letters building, Bornto Teletechnet Center, the University Village and the Ted Constant Convocation Center. Residents have access to study lounges, a laundry room, community kitchen and programming rooms. Each room is fully carpeted, with two twin beds, two desks, two chairs, and a private bath. Only returning and transfer students may request to live in The Inn.
Residents living in The Inn are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit the Card Center's website for an explanation of all meal plans. The Inn closes during breaks and holidays, and residents are required to vacate during these periods with the exception of Fall Break.
Agreement Period
The Inn 2009-2010 Housing and Dining Agreement is from August 28, 2009 through May 8, 2010.The Inn is not open during break periods (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring) so residents must make alternate arrangements if housing is needed during those periods.
