England House
The England House is designated as a mixed population building (with designated spaces for first-year students and upper-class students.) and is closed during breaks and holidays. Residents are required to vacate during these periods with the exception of fall break.
The England House is one of our newest buildings and is located in the center of campus near Webb University Center. As a companion to our other Quad residence halls, France House offers double rooms with a shared bath. Rooms are provided with a desk, desk chair, bed, mattress, dresser and floors are made of an eco-friendly floor tile. In addition it has laundry/vending rooms; two study lounges; a TV lounge and kitchen combination; and a large community room located on first floor. It is conveniently located near the Webb Center Dining Facility.
Residents living in the England House are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit the Card Center's website for an explanation of all meal plans.

Agreement Period
The England House 2009-2010 Housing and Dining Agreement is from August 27, 2009 (for new, first-year students) through May 8, 2010 and August 28, 2009 (for upperclass and returning students) through May 8, 2010. The England House is not open during break periods (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring) so residents must make alternate arrangements if housing is needed during those periods.

The England House residents will receive their front desk services from the Scotland House Front Desk. The Scotland House Front Desk is open from 10:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight) Monday through Friday and from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight) on Saturday and Sunday.
