Dominion House
The Dominion House is one of our newest buildings and completes the area of campus known as the Quad. The Dominion House offers suite-style living for upper-class students, in a building that remains open over all break periods, including Thanksgiving break, winter break, and spring break.
The Dominion House is located in the center of campus near Webb University Center, and adjacent to our new state-of-the-art recreational building, which opened in early spring 2009. Compared to our other residence halls, the Dominion House is unique because each suite contains a common living room, one bathroom per 2 or 3 students and a most students with a single room as there are a limited amount of double rooms. Each individual suite is set up for either 3 individuals, 4 individuals, or 5 individuals. The building is also equipped with laundry/vending facilities, quiet study lounges, and social lounges.
Residents living in the Dominion House are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit the Card Center's website for an explanation of all meal plans.

Housing Agreement Period
The Dominion House housing agreement period is from August 15, 2009 through May 31, 2010 and the building is open during break periods (Thanksgiving, winter, and spring).

Front Desk Hours
The Dominion House Front Desk is open from 10:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight) Monday through Friday and from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight) Saturday and Sunday. During break periods, the desk is open limited hours from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
